INSANITY WORKOUT REMATCH OF THE YEAR!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Let’s get ready to rumble!!! You heard the title right – Insanity workout rematch of the year! The first match was easy, where I won by a unanimous decision. I managed to drop 30 pounds of fat and an uncounted amount of inches. Hopefully, with the rematch I can match my results. Insane With Insanity Phase 2

So, I’m BACCCK! Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile, you know life happens – But, I’m still bringing it and digging deeper each day. I’m in my last week of my workout and I enjoyed every sweat, burn, and stretch. Phase two of the Insanity Workout bought 4 new workouts. I’m going to go in brief detail about them:

(1) Max Interval Circuit – This Insanity Workout really pushes you to your limit- with sooo many moves you’ll never get bored!

(2) Max Interval Plyo – Just like the name says “Plyo” Be ready to squat, jump, leap, and burn while increasing your power and conditioning.

(3) Max Cardio Conditioning- This Insanity workout is non STOP! You’ll be grasping for air while doing warm ups. I highly recommend you wear a heart rate monitor. Certain days, you’ll have to follow this workout with Cardio ABS.

(4) Max Recovery- Now, don’t get the name twisted… By no means is this a recovery! I need to change the name to Insanity Max Burn. Be prepared to stretch, squat, bend and burn.
