INSANITY REST WEEK
Burning, Stretching, Sweating and Wondering… These are all the things I’ve done for a full week, while doing Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. I will go over the different feelings more in detail. The burning feeling comes from doing pushups, squats, jumps, and shoulder burn outs. The stretching comes in every Insanity workout after warm up and cool downs. Of course there would be plenty of “sweating”. Core Cardio and Balance is just like the name describes “cardio”! I had bucket of sweat falling off, while doing suicides, boxing drills, and level-ones. Now, I guess everyone is wondering why I would say “wondering”. I’m wondering how I’m going to make it through the second phase of Insanity. The workouts are longer and more intense. I will definitely have to dig deeper!
I’m ready for Challenge, so bring it on!
INSANITY HAD ME RED!!!!

- Insanity had my face red all day! I’m not talking about a bruise, cut or acne. What I’m talking about is blushing from hearing how good I look or how much weight I have lost. Do you know how good this feel, after months of hearing “you gaining a little weight”. With insanity the motto is “dig” a little deeper. That is excatly what you have to do, the insanity workouts are very intense. I have been sticking with the program, not so much of the diet. This week i’m going to try to clean up my diet and drink more water. This is now my fourth week doing insanity and I’m seeing so much improve in my stomach and back area. I can see my abs poking out underneath a layer of fat. Before I started insanity I had 3 rolls on my back, now it’s down to only one. I’m very excited about my progress and can’t wait to see the finish product. Come and join me with my insanity journey.
