Insanity Fit test 2
It has been 2 weeks of full pain! I like to congratulate those who already bark on this journey and succeed. There were many mornings, I would wake up say ” I’ll just skip a day”. I’ll look in the mirror and think how I use to look and that would motivate me. I guess I use mind-over-matter. The hardest workout so far has been Pure Cardio and Cardio abs. This workout Shaun pushes you to the limit without any breaks and when you think its over, you have to do Cardio abs. I noticed I dropped a couple pounds, even though I didnt weigh myself, I can feel the difference in my clothes.
With the Second fit test, I did improve overall. Here’s my stats:
Switch Kicks: 100
Power Jacks: 41
Power Knees: 100
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps: 12
Suicide Jumps: 13
Push-up Jacks: 20
Low Plank Oblique: 49
Insanity Day One!!!


I’ve finally started Insanity this morning, all I can say is wow! I did my fitness test and here are my stats:
Switch Kicks:85
Power Jacks: 25
Power Knees: 90
Power Jumps: 20
Globe Jumps: 8
Push-up Jacks: 15
Low Plank Oblique: 40
I don’t know what I’ve gotten myself into but I will bring it every day. I’ve attached my before pics and I’ll keep you updated every week.
